Leadership Portfolio and Coaching Package
Coaching is one of the most effective ways to grow as a leader. Here's the thing: Leadership is LONELY and you often feel as if you don't have anyone you can talk to about your goals and challenges. That is where coaching comes into play. Working with an executive coach, you can find the way forward.
We are strengths based coaches, meaning we always start with strengths. If you have a Full 34 Clifton Strengths Assessment in hand, we work with this report. If you don't have one, you will take the Clifton Strengths Assessment in advance of our coaching calls. Have a TOP FIVE report? Great, we will send you an upgrade code to get the full report (you must have access to the email you used to take the report to upgrade, if you don't you will retake the assessment.)
A little about your package:
1. We begin with an intake call (50 Minutes) to get to know you, you will share your most current resume and we discuss building your Leadership Portfolio. Why do you need a portfolio? Leaders are influential and find themselves leading both inside and outside their organization. Leaders impact their team, community, and industry. With that in mind, you need a portfolio that captures your influence and impact!

2. Call #2: Once your portfolio is created, we walk through/talk through the portfolio and edit content. We start the coaching process in this call, using your Strengths Assessment.
3. Calls (3, 4, 5) 50 minute calls: This is our time to help you find the way forward. Our coaching methodology is built around three things: Purpose, Power, and Potential. In our final call we create your action plan for what's next.
