I am a sucker for the New Year, it brings so many possibilities to the forefront. I love imagining what lies ahead and who will cross our path. We have been so fortunate to work with amazing organizations, teams, and leaders for the last 22 years. As we begin year 23 (how is that even possible!), here is "what we are up to" in 2026. Meet Libby Spears
INPUT, STRATEGIC, FUTURISTIC, CONNECTEDNESS, MAXIMIZER.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the good fortune of building a successful career and business helping my clients grow leaders at every level of their organization, using a strengths based approach to growth and transformation. I am not in the business of "fixing" anyone, instead my calling is to help people find the way forward.

So, how did I get here? Like a lot of kids with a mile-wide precocious streak, I struggled in school to keep my mouth shut and was a near constant challenge to my teachers. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time in my principal's office. This gave me an early opportunity to study leadership in action, watching how my school principal, Mr. Bill Roach not only created a connection with me, but how he inspired and led our school.
In high school, I joined the speech and debate team and found that place in the world where I belonged. I learned to research, think critically, and "take the stage" with confidence and poise.
I attended Texas Tech University and finished my degree in communication studies. I loved college and being a student, so I moved to Denton, TX where I earned a master's degree in communication studies. I taught college for ten years and after an unexpected consulting contract fell in my lap, I took a chance and started Bravo Communication and Consulting, or Bravo cc for short. Today I work with professionals all over the world from across a number of industries and backgrounds, teaching them to be game changers in the marketplace by leveraging their strengths with intention and purpose.
