What is Plan BE?

Over the last year, I have noticed more and more of my female friends and colleagues asking me “what’s next” or “now what?”  The coach in me replies, “Well, who do you want to be?”  I get a few funny looks, but here is the reason I ask this question.  First, growing up we are bombarded by this question.  I remember in college, every single adult I encountered asked “So what do you want to be?”  But the older I have gotten,  the more I have run into people who have told me they did not figure out who they wanted to be until they were well into adulthood. 


So, who do you want to BE this year? 

We have already gotten back a number of responses from women and we have designed this series with that feedback in mind.  You want to be: happier, healthier, more organized.  You want a new career.  You want to go back to school or pursue a hobby you let fall to the wayside.  Some women told us they want to be less stressed and more in control of their lives.  And others told us they want to not be paralyzed by the “what ifs” and the fear that keeps so many of us from going after what we really want.   A few other responses included “I want balance!” and “I want to figure out what I want to BE when I grow up.”  Sound familiar?


If you find yourself asking the very same questions, we hope you will join us for this workshop series.  You will get a lot out of it and it will be worth investing your time to work on the person in your life who should be your NUMBER ONE priority: YOU!  Because if we don’t take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others?  The reality is this: women play so many roles, wear so many hats, and juggle so many balls that at the end of the day we end up feeling like we are the star, supporting cast, and crew of a one woman show!  Take a little time to invest in your own personal and professional growth and you just might find:


  1. A better sense of your life purpose and direction.

  2. An increased sense of self awareness and self confidence

  3. A new circle of women around you who will support and encourage you

  7. More balance in your life complimented by reduced feelings of being stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted

  12. Happier and full of joy

  13. Excited about what is in store for you

  14. Redefined relationships that are healthier

  15. A better all around YOU
