What is Plan B?

One -- Plan B is the opposite of Plan A

You know Plan A—it is safe, boring and what everyone does.  Plan A is formulaic.  The problem with formulas is that in the nature of human affairs, formulas are not like 2 + 2 = 4. 

Plan B programs resist Corporate Blah Blah Blah’s like “thinking outside of the box” or “value—added programs”.  Plan B does not come with coffee mugs or bumper stickers and we won’t hang a big banner in your office with some catchy phrase that an out of touch executive thought up with the hopes that the rank and file will suddenly feel inspired by a $24.99 vinyl banner that says “Let’s all drink the Kool-aid.”

Two -- Plan B develops leaders at all levels.

The way we see it, everything we do -- from presentation training to employee assessment to conflict management -- falls under the umbrella of leadership development.  That’s because great leaders encompass all of the qualities that are required to craft a healthier, more productive workplace; which, of course, results in higher profits (for those of you who are the “bottom-line numbers” kind of folks.) 


Three -- Plan B is designed for you.

Our approach to leadership is custom made—like a great custom made Italian suit—we don’t do cookie cutter approaches to think about and talk about and teach leadership.  In our workshops, one on one coaching and surveys, we get to the heart of who you are (and can be) as a leader—the good…and the bad.  We engage in an honest approach that gives you the tools you need to shape or re-shape who you are as a leader.
